Job Description

- Build and provision devices exclusively using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).

- Deploy standardized Windows 11 Enterprise and Pro images.

- Apply required drivers, firmware, BIOS updates, security baselines, Group Policy settings, and BitLocker encryption (as applicable).

- Join devices to the Active Directory domain.

- Verify all devices meet MECM compliance requirements prior to release.

- Install and validate all standard enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365 Apps, endpoint protection/antivirus solutions, and approved clinical or business applications.

- Utilize MECM for application deployment whenever possible.

- Confirm all applications launch and function as expected on each device.

- Implement remediation procedures for failed or incomplete installations.

- Perform comprehensive device validation prior to deployment, including imaging verification, domain authentication, network connectivity, application testing, patch/update compliance, and encryption status.

- Complete and document a QA checklist for every staged device.

- Track, analyze, and report build failures and rework metrics.

- Replace legacy devices with pre-staged and imaged systems.

- Install and connect monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.

- Assist end users with initial login, profile verification, and application validation.

- Escalate technical issues to internal IT teams as needed.

The pay rate range is $20-$24/hr, depending on experience.
